We apologize if you've lost access to your wallet, as this can make things difficult regarding any changes you would like to make such as unstaking an NFT or removing a wallet to try to attach another one.
Please know you must regain access to your old wallet in order to complete any functions related to changing a wallet that is tied to your account, deleting a wallet, or unstaking an NFT. We recommend using the Recovery Phrase that you wrote down when creating the Metamask wallet. The options are limited to how we can help when access to a wallet is lost. We wish we were able to assist more in these cases but the wallet access is related to Metamask and their system. Please reach out to Metamask support for further help with that. Here is an article that may help > https://support.metamask.io/managing-my-wallet/secret-recovery-phrase-and-private-keys/how-to-recover-your-secret-recovery-phrase/.
* Wallet access is needed in order to delete a wallet, unstake an associated NFT, or change a wallet on thebitverse.io. If you don't have access to your wallet, you cannot remove/delete a wallet from your account, unstake NFT's associated to that wallet, or change which wallet is associated to your bitverse.io account.
* Our support team is not able to assist with deleting a wallet, changing a wallet that is linked, or unstaking on a players behalf who has lost access to a wallet. We apologize for the inconvenience there!
* If wallet access has been lost for the current account being used, and you want to add new NFT's to an account that are on another wallet, you would need to have a different thebitverse.io account that is attached with a different Kongregate account, Bit Heroes Quest account, in order to associate that new wallet and play with the newly bought NFT's.
